All tours are to be paid for prior to the commencement of the tour unless other arrangements have been approved. A cancellation fee of 50% is payable if tour bookings are cancelled less than 7 days prior to the tour date. A cancellation fee of 100% is payable if tour is cancelled on the day of the tour. No refund will be made to any person unable to make tour departure time. Boronia Tours reserves the right to refuse anyone to proceed on a tour if they are inadequately clothed or not considered fit enough for the activity. In the event that tours are cancelled due to rain or other adverse weather conditions an alternative date will be offered or the tour charge will be fully refunded.
Tours will only wait for a short time after the scheduled departure time for late arrivals. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they arrive on time at the departure point.
